My husband and I visited Florence, Rome, and Naples for our honeymoon. Dragonfly tours made our trip easy and stress-free. They're very accommodating and are willing to personalize your trip based on your needs/wants. Our honeymoon was lovely, we are so glad we decided to use their services for our special trip.

Dragonfly Tours made our trip to Italy so memorable. I provided a general idea of where we wanted to go, and what type of things we like to do. We purchased our own airfare and some of our own hotels, they provided all other transportation, drivers, and the best local guides to tour us through the several different areas we visited. We choose just private guides, and drivers for my husband and I. The one on one experience with the local people was amazing and definitely added to our overall enjoyment of our trip. Matilde at Dragonfly who put together our experience was great, she was professional, communicative and available the entire time we were in Italy. We only had one experience that did not happen as planned, and it was on both us and the guide who was scheduled to be with us. But, for 12 days, this was really nothing. If you are planning a trip and considering using a company to help put together experiences I cannot recommend Dragonfly enough, we will definitely be using them again!

We recently returned from a honeymoon in Rome and Sorrento and are already eager to book another trip, all thanks to Dragonfly Tours and my amazing travel concierge. We have never experienced such flawless door to door service, whether it be our knowledgeable tour guides who made us feel welcome in their cities, our friendly drivers who would pull over for awesome views, or the most hospitable hotel staff who went above and beyond each day to give us the experience of a lifetime. Every single day went perfectly- not a single guide or driver was ever late, astray, or unprofessional. cannot think of one hiccup the entire 12 day trip. We had day trips planned along the Amalfi Coast, to Ischia, Pompeii, and to Capri. The views from our hotels were breathtaking. We ate at the most delicious restaurants. Olga was always available for any questions I had and was beyond helpful. We truly had the most unforgettable honeymoon. We are so grateful to have used Dragonfly Tours and cannot wait to use them again for our next trip!

We booked our 2 week Honeymoon through Italy with Dragonfly after finding their package to be the be the most competitive and complete via our Zicasso comparison. Our trip included Rome, Sorrento (with stops in Pompeii, Capri, Amalfi and Ravello), Florence and Venice. Our travel agent, Guilia, was responsive and helpful during the planning phase - she was responsive to our questions and made changes based on our feedback. The trip itself was amazing and incredibly smooth. The pick ups at the airport and train stations took all of the drama out of logistics. Our personal tour guides at each location were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Guilia was also responsive during our time on the trip, with communication via Whatsapp. She even was able to move around our planned trip to Capri because of the inclement weather anticipated for our original date. Overall Dragonfly is highly recommended.
