Upon arrival at Venice airport, you will be met by your private English speaking assistant and water chauffeur and together you will reach your hotel by water taxi: Hotel Liassidi Palace 4****. We will book 1 double classic room. Check in at the hotel and the rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 2 – Venice: AM Murano Tour & PM Walking Tour with Cicchetti Tasting
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be met by your private English speaking assistant and water taxi at your hotel for an amazing tour. You will visit the island of Murano renowned world-wide for its glass. Here, you will visit a glass factory for an exclusive presentation of glass making using techniques that have been passed down through generations. Enjoy watching the masters blowing, shaping and forging the glass into spectacular objects. The factories were moved here in the 13th century and the glass masters were never allowed to leave the island in order to keep their glass ‘recipe’ secret! At the end of the visit, you will be transferred back to San Marco’s Square. End of the tour and free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, meet your private English-speaking guide and start the perfect tour for those who want to discover the history of Venice starting from the most important site of the city: Saint Mark’s Square. The tour consists of a visit of Saint Mark’s Square with an explanation of its main monuments: Basilica (inside), Doge’s Palace (outside), Bridge of Sighs, Clock Tower and the Bell Tower. After this historical tour, your guide will take you to the meeting point with your gondolier: we will book a unique Gondola Ride with a food experience. During this pleasant ride, you will have a quick stop in front of a typical “Bacaro” where you can taste the Italian Prosecco white sparkling wine with some appetizers, the Venetian Cicchetti (typical only to Venice) made with the best fresh local ingredients. Enjoy sailing the hidden canals of Venice with this unique tasting experience, with the magical views and perspectives which only a gondola can give you.

Day 3 – Venice to Cortona
After breakfast and check out from your hotel, meet your private English speaking assistant and water chauffeur and private water taxi for a direct transfer to Venice railway station. Here, you will take your high-speed train to Florence. Upon arrival, you will be met by your private English speaking driver who will transfer you to your hotel in Cortona: Hotel Cortona Resort & Spa 4****. We will book 1 double luxury room. Check in at the hotel and the rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 4 – Cortona: Private Wine Tour and gourmet lunch in Montepulciano & Cheese Experience in Pienza
After breakfast at your hotel, meet your private English speaking driver for a splendid day in Montepulciano and Pienza. You will be chauffeured in luxury car to the magnificent medieval village of Montepulciano and taken to one of the most famous wineries in the region, home to the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (meticulously produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes: those that the Tuscans define as “the true table wine”). Here, you will make an exciting journey back to the origins of the winery which has grown in size and at the same time has become a leader in biodynamic viticulture in Italy. Since the beginning, the winery has produced organic wines that are truly authentic to their origins yet singular and unique. You will enjoy a private visit of the estate vineyards which reflect the importance of the terrain, discover the importance they place on the environment, the staff, the final consumer and all the invisible agents that are an important part of their wines. Then, you will visit the most iconic vineyard plot in Italy, travel through time in the ageing cellars and the Vinsantaia, ending with a four-course wine-paired gourmet lunch in the elegant and panoramic Foresteria. After lunch, you will meet up again with your private driver and transfer to Pienza.
This small charming village in the center of Tuscany was declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site for its artistic beauty and historical importance. This town is completely Renaissance style, built by order of the Pope Pio II – Enea Silvio Piccolomini – who decided to transform his small home town in a beautiful place for him and his court to be protected and relax near the water risings of Valdorcia. Pienza is also the capital city of the “Pecorino” – sheep cheese, and every year, on the second Sunday of September, they organize the “Fiera del Cacio” or the Festival of the local sheep cheese. The milk is particularly aromatic because the configuration of the clayey land where many aromatic herbs grow, and the sheep who all graze freely, producing a perfumed milk and cheese. Pienza Pecorino cheese has the D.O.P. European label (which means a Protected Origin Denomination). During the guided tour of the farm, you can see with your own eyes what it means to live a farm life today here in the Orcia Valley. Your private guide will show you the daily life from the barn to the dairy. You will get to know their animals from donkeys to sheep, while you will learn about their role on the farm. After the visit, you will reach the dairy where you can learn more about the cheeses and enjoy a cheese tasting. End of the tour and transfer back to your hotel in Cortona.
Day 5 – Cortona to Florence
After breakfast and check out from your hotel, meet your private English speaking driver who will transfer you to your centrally located hotel in Florence: Hotel Laurus Al Duomo 4****. We will book 1 Double classic room. Check in at the hotel and the rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 6 – Florence: Walking tour with Accademia Gallery
After breakfast, meet your private English speaking guide in the hotel lobby and start your walking tour of Florence. Today, you will discover the political center of the city that will open its doors to us, offering you the chance to visit the Palazzo della Signoria, also known as the Palazzo Vecchio, once home to the Medici family and seat of the secularists' power. Today, seat of the municipality, as well as the oldest "piazza" (square) in Florence, proceed to Piazza della Repubblica, built of top of the Ancient Roman Forum, the centre of the city, today surrounded by historic cultural cafès, where young intellectual Florentines have always liked to gather. Your walking will lead you to the Accademia Gallery Museum where the most symbolic work of Michelangelo is housed: Il David, an expression of beauty and physical perfection. You will admire also other sculptures by Michelangelo and the original plaster cast of: “Il Ratto delle Sabine” by Giambologna (The Rape of the Sabine Women), discover why and how all artists made life size plaster casts before the actual sculpture, except for Michelangelo. Enjoy the incredible collection of Renaissance paintings , including “La Madonna ed il Bambino” (Madonna and Child) and “la Madonna del Mare” (Madonna of the Sea) by Botticelli.

Day 7 – Florence: Food tour
After breakfast at your hotel, meet your private English speaking guide and start walking to the nearby San Lorenzo Market, where you will have a food experience of Tuscan specialties: you will start with a taste of Tuscany’s “green gold”, its renowned olive oil, as well as a variety of cheeses, salami and prosciutto, truffle sauces and balsamic vinegar. You will have also a wine tasting and enjoy some of the region’s finest wines. Still not full yet? Next stop will be at a local “fiaschetteria” where you will have a tasting of some of the city’s traditional recipes. The tour will end in grand style with one of the finest gelato’s of the city where you can pick your flavor made, as always, with genuine and fresh products.
After this culinary experience, spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 8 - Florence to Sorrento
After breakfast and check out from your hotel, meet your private English speaking driver for a transfer to the Railway Station for your fast train to Naples. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your English speaking driver and transfer to Sorrento, directly at your Hotel: Hotel Corallo 4****. We will book 1 double room with side sea view. Day 9 – Sorrento: Amalfi Coast Tour
After breakfast, you will meet your private English speaking driver and get ready for a full day tour in the Amalfi Coast along the enchanting route known as the “Divine Coast”: on the way, you will have stops from panoramic viewpoints to take some breathtaking pictures. Then, you will have time to discover and relax on the top of Positano, a small village with Mediterranean style white washed houses covered with bright pink bougainvillea. On the way to Amalfi, you will visit a Ceramic shop in Conca dei Marini and see the beautiful pottery made in this area. At the end of your visit, you will then carry on to Amalfi, one of the oldest Maritime Republics. At lunch time, you will have some free time at leisure.
After lunch you will enjoy a tour of the town and admire the magnificent and imposing facade of the cathedral of Saint Andrea with its unique Arab Norman and Romanesque Style. Afterwards, your driver will escort you to Ravello for relaxing moments on the picturesque square where you will admire the magnificent panorama that has inspired poets, philosophers and beauty lovers for centuries. After this tour, your driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel, where you can spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 10 – Sorrento: Private Boat Tour of Capri
Today, you will have the chance to enjoy the splendid sea surrounding the strip of land that is the Sorrentina Peninsula and discover the secrets of the Island of Capri. Your personal driver will meet you at your hotel and take you to the port where you will embark on your private boat with private English speaking captain. During the journey you can breathe in the healthy sea air and sprays of water whilst admiring the gorgeous Sorrento Coastline. Only a boat trip will give you the most beautiful views of the island, many areas of which are inaccessible by land. By boat, in fact, you can reach small hidden coves where you can swim or get a suntan and enjoy the full the beauty of the island. The excursion includes circumnavigating the island so you can enjoy the incredible scenery, like the Faraglioni Rocks, the numerous caves like the White Grotto, the Emerald Grotto and the Blue Grotto, famous all over the world for its intense azure color, “Tiberius’s Leap”, where, according to legend, the Roman emperor used to force his disobedient servants and unwelcome guests to jump off the cliff and land on the rocks. During the tour, you can stop for a pleasant swim in the crystal-clear waters or if you prefer stop at the Marina Grande harbor and take a walk in Capri and Anacapri and discover the Island. On your boat, you will have snorkeling equipment, Towels, drinks (water, beer, coca cola, limoncello) and snacks. At about 05:30pm, at the end of your day, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Rest of the evening at leisure.
Day 11 – Sorrento to Rome
Breakfast at your hotel and check out. Meet your private English speaking driver for a direct transfer to Naples railway station, where you will take your high-speed train to Rome, just over an hours ride. Day 12 – Rome: Ancient Rome tour
After breakfast, meet your private English speaking driver and guide and reach the Ancient part of town: the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Specially designed to provide visitors with an unforgettable experience and in-depth understanding of the splendors of Ancient Rome, this tour will lead you to the most significant monuments and sights of this spectacular open-air museum. Day 13 – Rome: Vatican Museums & Saint Peter’s Basilica
After breakfast, meet your private English speaking driver and guide and transfer to the world’s smallest state. Here you can tour through one of the world’s most cherished art collections. Visited by over 5 million people every year, the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel play an essential part in your Roman experience. Your qualified expert guide will lead you through the centuries and highlight the masterpieces that no visitor to Rome should ever miss. Nestled close to St. Peters you will enjoy the marvels of the world-famous Sistine chapel. You will be in the heart of the Christian world as you admire Michelangelo’s stunning frescoes among which are two of his most well-known masterpieces: the Last Judgement and the Creation of Adam. Finally the guided tour will lead you straight to St. Peter’s Basilica, where the impact of Michelangelo’s Pietà cannot fail to move you, also the colossal dome designed by Michelangelo but despite living to 89 years old he never saw it completed like you will today.
