Upon arrival at Venice Airport, you will be greeted by your personal English speaking assistant and together you will take a private water taxi and transfer to your luxury hotel: Hotel Centurion Palace 5*****.
We will book:

The hotel is in the historical Palazzo Genovese, inside one of the two cloisters of the San Gregorio convent in the oldest part of Venice. Located on the Grand Canal, the hotel has an incomparable position overlooking St. Mark’s Basin.
All the 50 rooms, including 8 junior suites and 4 suites, are decorated in a contemporary style, enriched with a refined Venetian touch.

Day 2 – Venice: Walking Tour & Private Gondola Ride with Cicchetti tasting
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be met by your personal English speaking guide for a tour with the incredible history of Venice starting from the most important site of the city: Saint Mark’s Square. The tour consists of a visit of the Square and the explanation of its main monuments: Basilica (inside), Doge’s Palace (from outside), Bridge of Sighs, Clock Tower and Bell Tower. After this historical tour, your guide will accompany you to the meeting point with your gondolier: we will book a unique Gondola Ride with a food experience. The tour will start in Rio di San Polo and from here, you will explore the jewels of the undiscovered corners of Venice, with its numerous Palazzi and aristocratic family homes. During this pleasant ride, you will have a quick stop in front of a typical “Bacaro” where you will taste their delicious Prosecco with some Venetian appetizers, called Cicchetti made with the best ingredients fresh from the local markets and accompanied by some renowned wines. You will taste them while sailing the hidden canals of Venice with the magical views and perspectives which only a gondola can give you. After the tour, you will have the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 3 – Venice to Florence
After breakfast and check out from your hotel, take your private water taxi for a transfer to Venice railway station. Here, you will take your high-speed train to Florence. Upon arrival, meet your private English speaking driver who will transfer you to your centrally located luxury Hotel: Firenze Number Nine Wellness Hotel 4****L. We will book: 1 double deluxe room. Check in at the hotel and the rest of the day will be at leisure. The Firenze Number Nine Wellness Hotel is more than a hotel. Day 4 – Florence: Free day & Dinner
Breakfast at your hotel and a free morning to explore the town on your own. In the evening, you will reach the restaurant we have selected for you where you will taste the traditional Tuscan dishes combined with very distinct flavors, also using ingredients from different regions and always searching for raw materials of the highest quality. The location is divided into two areas: the restaurant, furnished with warm and cheerful decorations, and a wine bar, which has a more casual atmosphere and opens on to an outdoor courtyard. After dinner, you can enjoy the beauty of Florence by night. The rest of the evening will be at leisure for you to enjoy the beauty of Florence by night.
Day 5 – Wine tasting in Chianti area with lunch (5 hours)
Today you will experience an incredible historical winery of the Chianti Region producing a special “Chianti classico wine”: The Lamole di Lamole winery. One of the most beautiful views in Chianti can be seen from the piazza in the little village of Lamole, an ancient rural settlement that is situated on the top of the hill, with the buildings of the hamlet spreading around the Romanesque church of San Donato. It is here that your voyage around Lamole and Chianti Classico begins: a visit to the Piazza and to the Church is followed by a detailed description of the unique characteristics of this territory and of their organic vine-growing practices, shown to you directly in Campolungo Vineyard. This introduction is accompanied by a welcoming glass of sparkling wine, with a breathtaking view over the Chianti region. A brief walk through the vineyards will bring guests to the winery, where the visit continues with the “Lamole di Lamole winery” tour. The visit ends in the Vinsantaia, where one of the iconic products of Chianti Classico slowly matures: Vinsanto, with its very traditional method of production. The tour includes The “Lamole di Lamole winery”: Historic and Experimental Vineyards, vinification cellar, historic cellar and Vinsantaia. End of tour and transfer back to your hotel in Florence. The rest of the day will be at leisure.
Day 6 – Florence: Walking tour with Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery
After breakfast, you will be met by your private English speaking guide in the hotel lobby for a walking tour of Florence. Today, you will discover the political center of the city and visit the Palazzo della Signoria also known as the Palazzo Vecchio , seat of the Medici power and their home, today it is used by the municipality, the oldest "piazza" (square) in Florence, see Piazza della Repubblica, surrounded today, by historic cultural cafès, where young intellectual Florentines have always, and still do, like to gather. Your tour will lead you to the Accademia Gallery Museum where the more symbolic work of Michelangelo is housed: Il David, an expression of beauty and physical perfection There are also other sculptures by Michelangelo and an intriguing collection of Renaissance paintings: you will also admire the plaster cast of “Il Ratto delle Sabine” by Giambologna (The Rape of the Sabine Women) and discover why all artists made plaster casts but not Michelangelo. Gaze at the paintings of “La Madonna ed il Bambino” (Madonna and Child) and “la Madonna del Mare” (Madonna of the Sea) by Botticelli. Free time for lunch at your leisure. After lunch, you will visit the Uffizi Gallery. The Gallery houses a superb collection of priceless art, originating in great part from the private collection of the Medici family,, enriched over the centuries by endowments, exchanges and donations, amongst which an important collection of religious works, resulting from the suppression of the monasteries and convents between the XVIII and XIX centuries. Here, you will find the richest collection in the world of works by the Tuscan school, Florentine in particular, among which: Cimabue, Michelangelo, Giotto, Leonardo da Vinci and Raffaello, not to mention the unique collection of works by Sandro Botticelli. At the end of the tour, you will have the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 7 - Florence to Sorrento
After breakfast and check out from your hotel, you will be met by your private English speaking driver for a transfer to the railway station to catch your fast train to Naples. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your English speaking driver and transfer to Sorrento, directly to your Hotel: Grand Hotel Riviera 4****L. We will book 1 Double Superior Room with Sea View. Check in and the rest of the of the day will be at leisure. This property is a 9-minute walk from the beach. Grand Hotel Riviera is set on a cliff top looking out over the Gulf of Naples. Take the elevator down to its secluded private beach or bath in the panoramic outdoor pool. Located just 500 m from Sorrento's main square, Grand Hotel Riviera's beautiful gardens and terraces ensure you a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool is surrounded by palms and eucalyptus trees and have views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius.
Day 8 – Sorrento: Amalfi Coast Tour
After breakfast, you will meet your personal English speaking driver and get ready for a full day tour along the Amalfi Coast. He will drive you to the enchanting rout of the “Divine Coast”: along the way, you will have stops for panoramic viewpoint to make some breathtaking pictures. Then, you will have time to discover and relax on the top of Positano, a small village with Mediterranean styled pure white houses with bougainvillea plants that cover part of the facades. On the way to Amalfi, you will visit a Ceramic shop in Conca dei Marini. At the end of your visit, your driver will bring you to the nearby Amalfi, one of the oldest maritime republics. At lunch time, you will have some free time at your leisure. After lunch, you will enjoy a tour of the town and admire the magnificent and imposing facade of the cathedral of Saint Andrea with her unique Arab Norman and Romanesque Style. Later, your driver will escort you to Ravello for relaxing moments on the picturesque square where you will admire the magnificent panorama who inspired poets, philosophers and beauty lovers of any time. After this tour, your driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel in Sorrento. Rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 9 – Sorrento: Private Boat Tour of Capri
Today, you will have the chance to enjoy the splendid sea surrounding the Sorrentina Peninsula and discover the secrets of the Island of Capri. Your personal driver will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to the port where you will embark on your private boat with private English speaking captain. During the journey you will be able to breathe in the healthy spray of sea water while admiring the gorgeous Sorrento Coastline. You will enjoy the most beautiful views of the island, many of which are inaccessible by land whilst sailing around the island of Capri. It is only by boat, in fact, that you can reach the small hidden coves where you can swim or get a suntan and enjoy the full beauty of the island. Part of the highlights of the excursion are the famous Faraglioni Rocks, the numerous caves like the White Grotto, the Emerald Grotto and the Blue Grotto, famous all over the world for its intense azure color, “Tiberius’s Leap”, where, according to a legend, the Roman emperor used to throw down on the rocks in the sea his disobedient servants and unwelcomed guests. During the tour, you can stop for a pleasant swim in the crystal-clear waters and if you prefer you can stop at the harbour of Marina Grande for a walk in Capri and Anacapri and to discover the Island. On your boat, you will have snorkeling equipment, towels, drinks (water, beer, coca cola, limoncello) and a classic panino with fresh tomato and mozzarella. At about 05:30pm, at the end of your day, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Rest of the day will be at leisure.
Day 10 – Sorrento to Rome with unique dinner and Rome by night tour
Breakfast at your hotel and check out. You will be met by your private English speaking driver for a direct transfer to Naples railway station, where you will take the high-speed train to Rome, which takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your private English speaking driver for a direct transfer to your boutique hotel: Lunetta Hotel 4****. We will book: 1 double superior room. Check in and time to rest. The Hotel Lunetta is ideally situated in the heart of Rome, in Piazza del Paradiso, near the famous Campo de' Fiori market and within walking distance of many highlights of the city. The 30 cozy rooms feature sophisticated, modern design and are equipped with wood floors and fine fabrics. Every morning a rich buffet breakfast can be prepared and served in room, upon request. In the evening, you will meet up again with your private English speaking driver and reach the restaurant we have selected for you: Restaurant Imagò, the panoramic Michelin Starred Restaurant at the 6th floor of the Hassler in Rome with its unique view over the city. You will be greeted by a beautiful life-size painting that fills each window of this spectacular location. Soft music, elegant marble floors with an antique-wooden inlay, and the romantic play of light reflecting on the mirrored tables, all conspire to create a magical atmosphere, a sense of being in another time and space in a restaurant steeped in memorable history. We will book their Tasting Menù, which will be a Gourmand Experience. After dinner, you will meet up again with your private English speaking driver, who will delight you with stories and also with the history of the most famous Roman monuments. You will enjoy a scenic journey with your personal driver through the main Roman monuments: you can admire, photograph and learn about their incomparable history by moonlight: this is a unique experience that Dragonfly Tours has reserved exclusively for you.
Day 11 – Rome: Vatican Museums & Ancient Rome with lunch
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be met by your English speaking driver and guide and reach the Vatican Museums. Here you will enjoy a guided tour including the Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter’s Basilica. There will be no queues and no waiting in long lines as your specialist guide introduces you to the masterpieces of such great painters as Raffaello, and Michelangelo. This is one of the greatest art collections in the world, a collection gathered over the centuries by the Popes. You will gaze at the beautiful Cortile della Pigna ("Courtyard of the Pinecone") and the celebrated Raphael’s rooms from where you descend directly to the stunning Sistine Chapel with 500 year old frescoes by Michelangelo and from here you will have direct access into Saint Peter's Basilica. After the tour, meet up again with your private driver for a transfer to your restaurant. Here, you will sample a menu carefully selected by the chef including several dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients of the traditional Italian cuisine. After lunch, your private English speaking guide will meet up with you to the ancient part of the Eternal city: the Colosseum and Roman Forum. With direct access to this remarkable landmark without any waiting in long lines. You will be awestruck by the immensity of this Roman building even before entering. Once inside, your personal English speaking guide will bring to life the ancient world of the various emperors, aristocrats, plebeians, gladiators, slaves and wild beasts that once populated this amphitheatre. You will then be accompanied to the nearby Roman Forum, known as the "heart" of ancient Rome, and the commercial, political and religious center. At the end of the visit, you will have the rest of the day at leisure.
