The hotels in Naples and Sorrento were beautiful. Our tours couldn’t have gone better except for one little glitch with our lunch on the way to Sorrento. The boat tour to Capri was fabulous! The boat itself was excellent - beautiful and very clean and the captains were very attentive. Our cooking class in Sorrento was so much fun! The restaurants and meals were delicious! We would definitely use dragonfly tours again in the future! Everything was taken care of and all we had to do was enjoy our vacation!

  Tour Rome with limited time  - We learned about Dragonfly Tours from a close friend. She and her daughter were very pleased with all the arrangements made on their behalf through Dragonfly. We had... read more booked a villa in Tuscany through another agency, but we wanted to tour Rome before going to our villa. We only had a couple of days in Rome prior to a week at the villa, so we wanted to do as much as possible in limited time. We asked Dragonfly to arrange a method to visit the must see attractions with the least amount of walking. We also needed a private transfer from FCO to a hotel upon our arrival. We also asked for a private transfer from Rome to our villa in Cortona, Tuscany. We needed a transfer back to Rome after a week in Tuscany as well. Dragonfly's response to our requirements was outstanding and detailed. We were greeted at the airport by a driver for a private transfer to our boutique B&B in Rome. We spent the afternoon on our own, but Dragonfly had given us a great list of restaurants to choose from. The next morning we were met at our hotel by a golf cart driver for a private tour of the highlights of Rome, tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peters Basilica. These tours included a private guide and skip the line tickets. Lunch was also included. The following day we were greeted again by our private guide of Ancient Rome - Colosseum and Roman Forum then a private transfer to our villa in Cortona. The guides Dragonfly provided for these tours were well spoken and knowledgeable. In short, they were excellent English speaking guides. In our short visit to Rome, Dragonfly was able to give us the opportunity to visit the following: Fontana di Trevi, Piazza del Popolo, Borghese Gardens area scenic overlook, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Pantheon, Piazza Novona, Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, Colosseum, and the Roman Forum. All of this with a private guide for 4 people without having to walk much or having to deal with long entry lines. With a private transfer for the two hour drive to Tuscany and return to Rome, we didn't have to deal with confusing train schedules, rental cars, narrow roads, unbelievable traffic, and parking problems.
Dragonfly provided us with a stress free tour of Rome within our limited time to visit.
They also communicated via WhatsApp with us throughout our time in Italy and answered promptly any question we had making suggestions for our time when we were on our own.
